Installation ![]() Installation tools: Tool: Clean cloth, wire stripper, power drill, marketing electrical tape, and silicone Part: F-LED, Wire with plug, OEM power adaptor Cautions: Pls don¡¯t handle with wet material. Installation guide:Make sure there no scratches or any damage to the product before installation. Wipe all the lint, dust, oily areas inside the letter channel. Let it be dry. Cautions: If you have water or oily area, intensive pastern may not efficiently funct.
Determine the number of LED modules for the channel letters. Use intensive pastern to fasten LED modules in place. Make a note to be sure that when wire is in use, positives (+) must be connected with positives (+) and negatives (-) must be connected with negatives (-)¡£Per use of the LED modules exceeds 400 units, tabs are in place for additional security via screws.Cautions: Maximum amount of units connected in relay is 200 units. Don¡¯t exceed. White wire: negative (-) with red stripe. Positive (+) in the instance in which polarities are reversed, LED models will not function at all. Tip: A common practice is to place LED modules units in S zig-zag formation.
OEM power adaptor provides pre-fabricated holes for wire access and connectivity.Holes are conveniently placed on the lower front portion of the OEM power adaptor.
Using LED module units, OEM power adaptor and 18 AWG wire connect to A DC power source.Keep the distance between LED module units and the power adaptor as short as possible. Note: Don¡¯t exceed 10 meters(32feet)of 18 AWG wire for use between the OEM power adaptor and LED module units. Cautions:

When wires with plugs are in use, be advised that silicone should be applied at the connected points.
